This seated dinner of decadent petite portions paired perfectly with Fainting Goat wines. Guest of Honor is Fritz Westover, Fainting Goat's renowned Viticulturist. Each of the five courses will include a description of each plate by Chef Gerald Monte and the Tasting Notes of the wine by the owner of Fainting Goat.
