DESCRIPTION:"CAMP CRADDOCK" AT HOLY FAMILY CHURCH IN JUNE 2019 During the week of June 17\, 2019\, the Episcopal Church of the Holy Family will collaborate with the Boys and Girls Club of Pickens County to provide a pilot program of Camp Craddock on the 40-acre Holy Family campus in Jasper. Utilizing the Nature Trails\, ample green space\, and conference facility with covered pavilion\, the 50 children will have plenty of room for hiking and exercise\, as well as arts and craft experiences. A story from the "book of the day" will set the theme\, and children will learn songs\, play games\, and create their own theme-related "snacks" to eat. Volunteers will help direct activities and oversee the safety and well-being of the campers. Although the children in the Boys and Girls Club program can attend during the summer\, the day camp experience will be new for them. 501c3
